Parked and realized Chase was right there so I ran in to make a deposit. I was in Chase for less than five minutes before I went into McDonald's. When I got inside to order I looked out the window and saw my car had a boot on it. I was so confused since I was in the restaurant and had only be in the bank for five minutes. The staff was not helpful at all and the man working for the towing company that they hire to sit there and boot cars is a terrible person. He was so mean and made me pay $105 to get the boot off even though he knew I had not even parked there for 10 minutes total, including the time in McDonald's. I will never eat at a McDonald's again and will be spreading the word to all my customers that live in this area. I own a store a block away and would NEVER treat a customer like this.December 29, 2016
